I am now 9 days post liver cleanse. I took the Christmas week off and plan to start the kidney cleanse tomorrow. I have continued with the hydrotherapy, superfood and IF#1 during this break. Since the day after the cleanse ended, I have had itchy skin beyond belief - all over my body.

This morning, I had my daily bowel movement. It was normal in size, shape and color as usual. This evening, while shopping at the mall, I felt this fast acting urge to have a bm. I ran to the closest bathroom and felt as though I was having the runs. When I stood up, I was shocked. The entire contents of the toilet bowl were GREEN! I have done 5 Liver Flushes this year so I recognize that specific green color. There was a ton of chaff floating on top of the water and other green stuff I did not recognize. The bowl was completely full of this green floating stuff. I know from my experience with the Liver Flushes that this came from my liver. I was bummed I was at the mall because I couldn't "go fishing" for anything specific. Why did it take so long to release this stuff? Since the cleanse, I have eaten beets and had that show up the next morning. I have eaten corn and had that show up the next morning. So why did this take 10 days for this to finally cut loose? I am just excited to finally see this - I had figured the cleanse and anything from it in my bowels had been released long before now, especially as I have continued to take the IF#1.

Has anyone experienced this before so long after the cleanse was over? Should I do another liver cleanse or is this a normal release? Hopefully with releasing all of that, my skin will soon stop this intense itching. Perhaps an Epsom Salt bath would help??
