I read in one of the messages about the method of using chopped garlic with vaseline as a paste and putting it on the feet covered with gauze and socks overnight for treating bronchitis and sinusitis. Does anyone know how many nights you should do this for and how long it takes for the bronchitis and sinus issues to clear up. I tried it for the first time last night and the arch of my feet really burned quite a bit and this morning it feels very tender and quite red in patches on my arches. Is this normal or can anyone offer any info that might help. Thanks.
