I bought one ounce shot glasses specifically for taking tinctures. I put the tinctures in the glass then add enough juice, usually orange juice, to about 3/4 and ounce. I knock it back then refill the shot glass with an additional ounce of juice and sip it to get the taste out of my mouth. After D-Tox, after I knock it back, I put about a half ounce of juice in my mouth and slowly swish it around, then swallow it then drink the last half ounce of juice.

Good luck with your cleanse. Sounds like you are making good progress.
