Yes - it appears you are correct on both counts. I spaced out the drinks today and cut back on the grape juice and made it through perfectly. Yeah! I can do this!!

Do you by chance know the specifics on making the potassium broth? I have all the ingredients but feel it would be so much more helpful to know to use 4 carrots than 25% carrots, etc.

Any advice here?
