Hi Sandra and Welcome! I am newish too. And these folks and this forum are making serious changes in my life.
Unfortunately the new posts don't get bumped up to the first page so I just saw your question.

RE: Yogi has 2 detox teas...one for kidney (called Peach) and the other is for liver and kidney. I used the second one. I cut the bags up and pour 3 bags of herbs into pot and let sit at least 10 minutes, and drink 3 of those a day. I add a bit of stevia. I happen to LOVE this tea...it tastes like Chai to me and it has a good herbal kick!
