How old is your son? Pain meds are being used now, but I don't know if all places are using them or not. Which is what I need to find out, because like you if they don't administer it then I will not have it done there. I've been sitting here reading about circumcision and it's a hard decision to make. I'm still on the side of having it done but I know it's not a necessary procedure. I have a list of questions to ask but wanted to read up a bit on it first. My main worry is my little boy being made into a little girl. Plus since I've decided against the vitamin K injection I wonder what the risk of bleeding is. I will be giving him an oral dose and will be breastfeeding but the circumcision will happen before we leave so I imagine he will only be 1 day old or so. Decisions, decisions!!
