MentalNomad, Bob and Tyler... thank you so much for your responses. I was on the phone yesterday with an old codger in Calistoga who told me how he had kidney stones real bad and he did the Dr. S kidney cleanse and they went away! Now that's a testimonial and so were your liver cleanse posts.

Thanks so much. I'm going to ease up for a few days and then do my 5 day kidney detox w/the fm 1 and 2 and then my entire 30 day detox kit will be gone except for the SuperFood.

Thanks Bob for the headsup about Epsom salt. I have some in the house for bathing, so I'll just see what I feel like this evening.
