I just purchased some detox tea because I wanted to have an easy way to help my body to detox. I have never done a Liver Flush but suffer from terrible periods, occasional mood swings and poor skin. I also had cancer at 28. I am in search of perfect health and am starting slow. I was wondering if this was something I could drink just for its high mineral content?? What is the health benefit of drinking 2 cups of this tea 3 times a day for a few days?
