Additionally a combination made of Pau d'Arco, Black-Walnut hulls, and red raspberry leaves has been shown to help.

It sounds like you are doing the right things. After a few months, if you feel like you are not making the progress you need, you may consider doing an Incurables Program, focusing the juicing part on vegetable juices from low glycemic index vegetables.

I have an acquaintence that has been researching natural programs for candida. I'll see if I can garner some more information.
