I have used many different types of vitamins. Besides the problem with manufacturer's using animal sources for some of their nutrients, I had problems with many of them. I actually felt tired, sick, and nauseated taking some of the big horse pills. Not exactly the best way to heal.

Then I found a post about Superfood. I started using it and it is wonderful. The ingredients are perfection. I feel the rush of energy when I take it. I never feel 'ill' after eating it in the morning. Basically for 25 bucks I've found my miracle. And it is nice to have one big green bottle as compared to 5-6 smaller bottles where one needs to grab a pill from each!
