Wow. Thanks everyone! I will check out Whole Foods and see if I can find some hot peppers. Otherwise, I will just make it with dried cayenne peppers, since it sounds like making tinctures with just dried peppers turn out well.

Also is it hard to find 100 proof vodka? (I am not a drinker and I don't know if 100 proof is hard to find).
