Hi Dim :) Just wanted to write you an encouraging post about Dr. S's products and acne! :) My brother had terrible acne, he did the liver cleanse and it cleared it right up! My friend Lauren only did the Colon Cleanse and that alone cleared it significantly, I told her if she'd do the liver cleanse too it would be gone completely. :) I myself am totally clear and have been for years because of these great products. I do the Colon Cleanse and liver cleanse 2-3 times a year. If I ever start to get a little redness in the cheeks, I do them both and it clears right back up to a nice, natural glow. So I most highly recommend his products for reducing acne! As to the the flush vs. the cleanse--I've done the flushes several times (5-6) before I found Dr. S's products--believe me I'd rather do Dr. S's any day!!! You won't visibly notice the stones right away because most of them are dissolved, but if you poke at your poop you'll probably find some small, partially dissolved ones. Hope this helps?
