Superfood is without a doubt your best bet as far as easily digested nutrition goes. Dr Schulze has mentioned several times in his books that he designed it for people with the absolute worst digestion and health imaginable.. people on they're death bed, so I'm sure it'll work great for you. If I remember correctly, one of the reasons it's so easy to assimilate into your body is because much of it's nutrition comes from simple, single celled plant organisms with are easy for the body to breakdown and put to use.
