Oh, yes, Eileen, we are kindred spirits, you and I!!

What is it about teens that they sleep all day and don't come alive until 9PM? Then they want to tell you their life's stories and sagas at 11PM and don't see anything wrong with keeping you up till 2AM? You want to be there for them since you love them and so many parents aren't there for their kids, but heavens! Either you have to get up at 5 or 5:30 in order to get to work on time or you've got little ones who are on a regular day schedule and you've got to be up before they are!

I've cherished a quote from one of my spiritual mothers- a homeschooling mother of 13 (yes, 13) children- who once said, "With the blessing of children comes the opportunity to be TIRED." LOL

Thanks for sharing your day. It's cool to be able to think, "Here I am writing lesson plans (or cleaning out a refrigerator drawer) and Eileen's up in Colorado probably fixing a stupid paper jam (not too romantic either)." Just regular people doing regular jobs and trying to get healthier so they can celebrate life!

PS to all- I'd love to hear more "day in the life ofs"
