Hi guys-

I'm getting ready for the school routine. This year I'm implementing a healthy lifestyle into the plan. I've taken all of the suggestions y'all have prescribed for me that "resonate" with me and added them to the schedule.

Do I have it right? Am I missing anything? Let me know what you think. Thanks.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PROGRAM


MORNING ROUTINE

5:00AM Make lemon-aide with cayenne & maple syrup, quiet time with prayers and affirmations, deep breathing, skin brush, hot/cold shower, dress in all natural fibers, fix hair and makeup, make bed

6:30AM Wake children, ICF#2 in 16 oz glass distilled water while preparing breakfast, unload dishwasher, daily chores: clean bathrooms, laundry, animals & plants, sweep porches, feather dust, empty wastebaskets, wipe storm doors, play inspirational and classical music throughout the day

7:00AM Breakfast fruit smoothie + Superfood & 3 tbs Lewis Labs brewer’s yeast & a raw Brazil nut, low heated whole grain cereal, 3 tbs wheat germ, 2 tbs Spectrum wheat germ oil, 4 tbs ground organic flaxseed, 1 oz walnuts, 2 tbs Plantation molasses, almond/soy/rice milk, 5 g vitamin C, 3 g CoQ10, organic poached/over-easy eggs on occasion

7:20 AM Start dinner if possible, clean kitchen, start laundry

7:40AM Deep cleaning in one area of house

8:00AM Drink 2nd glass of water, Bible, Leadership, and Character Education

9:00AM Math

10:00AM Drink BF&C tea, Language Arts/Composition

11:00AM Humanities

12:00PM ICF#2 while preparing lunch (veg drink/garlic/cayenne + Superfood & 3 tbs Lewis Labs brewer’s yeast and colossal salad, sandwich with French Meadow Bakery's Men's or Hemp bread/wraps, soup…), 5 g vitamin C, potassium broth with lots of potato peels any time

12:30PM Eat lunch & clean kitchen, reboot laundry

1:30PM Drink BF&C tea, Sciences (as much nature study as possible, walk in bare feet outdoors)

2:30PM Vegetable juice w/garlic & cayenne, Co-curricular activities

3:30PM Physical Education (Mom walk) and sunning (apply coconut oil)

EVENING ROUTINE

4:00 PM Drink 3rd glass of water, straighten the house, vacuum, piano practice & homework, ICF#2 while preparing dinner, set table, reboot laundry

6:00 PM Vegetarian dinner (any fresh, live, raw foods like fruits, veg, sprouts, nuts, seeds, grains, and a small amount of canned salmon or albacore or chemical free chicken, or bean type soups, etc), 5 g vitamin C

6:30 PM Children’s co-curricular activities with Dad, clean kitchen, lay out clean dishcloths, mop floor, laundry

7:00PM Work out (when children are gone)

7:30 PM Pick up clutter, put things by door to go out tomorrow, check calendar for tomorrow

8:00 PM BF&C tea, prepare for school tomorrow, grades, computer work, start tomorrow’s meals & teas

8:30 PM Drink 4th glass of water, take ICF#2, children’s baths, straighten bedrooms, lay out their clothes for tomorrow

9:00 PM Children's prayers & bedtime, take ICF#1, 5 g vitamin C, 3 g CoQ10 & lobelia with a piece of fruit, shine sink, lay out clothes, bubble bath with natural soap,personal grooming, candles, deep breathing, massage with Deep Tissue Oil followed by a rotation of castor/olive/wheat germ oils, foot reflexology 3 nights a week, prayer & Bible reading

10:00 PM Lights out!

Friday Night is Family Night! Saturday fast & Saturday Night get ready for church! Sundays are for church, rest, hospitality, and recreation!

Saturdays 8:00AM-4:00PM

1.Weekly Home Blessing- dust, vacuum, mop, clean glass, disinf. wastebaskets
2.Sheets 3.Cleanrefrigerator
4.Make menus & grocery list
5.Wash & clean out car, purse, polish shoes, pet care
6.Run errands, library!
7.Yard work
