thank you Vavrona - I feel a whole lot better now! Do you mind sharing what age group you're in? I'm pushing 60, eat right, exercise tons and intersperse my meals with my favourite junkfoods, but not 24/7! Just needed to hear an indepth testimony from someone who might be walking a similar road as me.

With an uncle, grandfather, grandmother and dad, all passing away with heart attacks, stopping the Vitamin E is scary. Just had my cholesterol checked and hdl/ldl ratios and the doc said all numbers were perfect, so that's a good thing. Thanks for shedding any more light in that area. Sally
