Y'all,

I'm so excited I couldn't wait to share the news....

I HAVE BICEPS!!!!!

I was juicing my carrots, celery, etc, and I just felt this feeling in my biceps like they were getting some exercise. I thought, "Cool, who'd a thunk that juicing would be a good, gentle exercise for FSH patients like me." Then, "Wait a minute- MY BICEPS DON'T WORK!!!!!!!"

I watched them work for a second or two, feeling them in there. I grabbed my glass of Cool As A Cucumber and sat down at the dining room table. I put my arm on the table, elbow down and palm up. I clenched my fist, and tried to pull my arm up. I still couldn't lift my forearm up (haven't been able to do that in years). "OK, but I feel something in there (in my arm)." I put my hand over my upper arm where the biceps are supposed to be. THERE WAS A TINY, WIMPY BULGE!!!! I did it again. Again. Again. Again. I tried the other arm. It has one too! Again, again, again.

I asked my 21 year old hunk of a guy to see what he felt. I was real cool about it, because I didn't want to clue him in on anything. He said, "I feel your biceps." I said, "They're wimpy, but they're in there, right?" It started to dawn on him what was going on. He said, "This program is a real pain in the a--, but maybe I ought to get on it. This is incredible, Mom!"

My daughter and fiance walked in just then. They felt my arms and confirmed I had muscle in there, too.

I'm going to work these babies, very gently so I don't tear anything. Supposedly with FSH if you tear your muscles they won't grow back so you have to be very, very careful.

This is amazing, folks. I may be doing this program for 60 days or 90 days or a year, but I'm going to get well, to the glory of God Almighty and His Son Jesus Christ.
