Are you still anemic? or just during pregnancy? and how is the depression. your story reminds me of my sister who later found out she is allergic to gluten. she had anemia and Depression her whole life but it became worse after her second baby. once she found out about the gluten intolerance and eliminated gluten her anemia and Depression went away and she gained 20 lbs (she was underweight). just something to think about or look into.
