I am also considering using grapeseed extract. It is good for thickening your veins. However there are precautions you should consider. An elderly lady at work bought it by mistake when I suggested she get grapefruit seed extract for her candida. She had dizzy spells and "foggy brain" worse. We went to the Dr. and she had clogged cartoid arteries.. so the grapeseed extract thickened the arteried so much they narrowed the channel with the plaque attached to it. So she stopped taking the grapeseed extract and began taking only serrapeptase to dissolve the plaque. It took 6 months at 20 milligrams a day, 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg at night, taken on an empty stomache. Her arteries are now clear and she began taking the grapeseed extract without any further problems. She is 65 years old.
I personally would not take the grapeseed extract without getting a scan first. I am taking the serrapetase now just in case.
Hope this helps..
