Yes you need a solution. I would suggest to use Oxypowder , this will also clean your small intestine. The colonic does not.

All the solids will be reduced to water, so it is a comfortable cleanse. I have used it in a combination with a liverflush.
I took 6 capsules a night for 4 days, 1 gallon of organic apple juice over the 4 days. In my case I also used phosfood because I have a big gallstone. In your case you don't need it.

If you do want to start just with bowel cleansing you just can follow the instructions.
