You raise a valid point, one that I've wondered about myself. I went back over his dosage instructions, and they say:

"This formula can be taken for a week, a month or the rest of your life. "

Have you tried doing a raw/mostly raw diet? Often food is the best way to stimulate peristalsis. Also, there may be some bodywork you can do to stimulate the energy flowing in that area as well, perhaps massage, myofascial release, or acupuncture.
