Everyone is different. I take my during dinner. After a few bites of a heavy food like grains. I would say definitly not BEFORE dinner. I have a friend who took hers after dinner and got sick. So I dont know. You will have to figure out what works for you. But your body will adjust. The first week can certainly be a drag. Once you get past it you will love this stuff.
