Yes, dont give up so quickly. IF#1 is great. Make sure you take it with a good amount of food. I find if I dont eat enough with it, my tummy burns. But that is rare anymore. VEry rare. Also, a guy I work with took 2 a night when he started and it took 3 days before he went. Now he goes daily and takes 1 a night.
