i am veyr sensitive to lax stuff so i find tha toen tab a day when i am doing the clease is plentyfo rme..
reread his schedule for the cleanse ithink yo uwill find/ that he says do 1 for abouta week til movement lvl is cachieved then goto 2 but stop 2 if get constiapeted and use a bit of 1 andincrease water tilget uncloogged..
then resume 2 butat a lower doseage.
i thinkthat is the recommended to i fi am wrong then i knwo someoen here more knowldegeabel will correct it fo ryo u.
