Dear Paulette,

Appendicitis is only caused by one thing, fecal matter impaction, which is literally fecal matter being stuffed into the opening of the appendix.
I always tell people the Atkins and the Zone and other high protein diets will make you look great, but maybe great in the casket. You trade your health for a slimmer body.
Better to develop a balanced lifestyle of exercise and eating that creates the body you want.
