I was wondering what I should do before I even start trying to concieve. I just started eating a macrobiotic diet and am currently doing a 30 day cleansing.

Just wanted to make sure I'm as healty as possible. I'm currently 33 and have never had a child.

Also my sister is 5 weeks pregnant any suggestions for her.
