Hi Bob,

Thanks for the advice. I did try Dr. S's female formula. Following the instructions of 3 droppersful per day. My skin broke out SO badly I could not leave my apt. for 3 weeks and my period was VERY painful. I stopped taking it and my skin has begun to clear.
The nerve formula does sound good. I think I originally did not try it because I had tried Valarian, passion flower, hops, etc with no relief. But as we know the "stuff" in the health food stores are not always powerful enough. Can you tell me how Lobelia could help?
By the way I have been to your site many times. Your story is very encouraging. Thanks for the reply.
