Thanks for the welcome words of comfort! :) I am sure I am just reacting like any first time pregnant woman does...PANIC.....LOL!

I am trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night (I love to sleep!) and I have upped my water intake quite a bit. I think they recommend 6-8 glasses a day???
