Im so excited about all of this..... I am going to the organic herb store today to see what I can get....

Now.. I just have a couple questions....

Am I looking for all the herbs in a powdered form if I am making caps? What if I cant find them all in powder?
And if someone has the time... could they tell me how to make a tincture?

You guys are great!!! :)
