The electronic Itchstopper is a SHAM. It is merely a heating element. The only thing it does is applies heat to the affected area. I bought this, and the heat alone did make my itch go away for a couple of days. Then it got worse and the itch stopper made it worse. Be careful, you can actually burn yourself with the unit. There are no "specially generated electrical forces" at work here, just merely an expensive small heating element.
