I did the Nov 8th flush with grand results, link below of the first of many stones to come out.

For two days I continued to drink apple juice and grapefruit juice then yesterday had some veggie soup for dinner then steamed veggies with a small portion of baked chicken without the skin.

I posted below, I just got thru drinking a lemonaide mix along with a hot herbal green tea mix and have run 3 times for bm. There was alot of solid matter with some more stones and sludge. I guess I need to do a more thorough Bowel Cleanse and another Liver-Flush on the 22nd.
