Well I searched other forums waiting for an answer and I think I have found a solution more than an absolute answer.

I drank an herbal green tea, then a glass of lemonaide mixture and alot of gurgling was going on.

I started having a few colic type pains then the urge to have a bm, and whala ... a few stones that were hard as rocks and hollow when I punctured them along with tons of sticky sludge and skinny strands of red.

Had to run again, don't mean to sound gross but that was the most vile smell ever to come out of my body, a few more small dark black stones. I guess this means I am still releasing toxins which is a good thing!!!

Looks like I will be doing another flush in a week.
