it's me that has been 3 days already having this bloatedness .. today i just bought Colon Cleanse i read the benefits promoting bowel movement .. clean the colon and the ingredients are also included anti parasite/candida with probiotic I hope it helps

They mentioned we should do the Colon Cleanse before starting the Liver Flush to avoid future problems like u've mentioned before

Actually i wanna try Epsom Salt .. but u can try Epsom Salt ... When i was hardly to have BM 2 weeks ago . i took 3 tbs of Ep mix with 1 1/2 glasses of water and the next day the problem was solved .. But my problem now is Bloatedness
