Well, it seems my liver is completely clogged with stones (see my previous post that I linked below). ...I never expected that abusing alcohol for only a few months would do this.

After another extremely painful liver attack today -- this one just happened "out of the blue" with no alcohol -- I decided that I need to do the flush right now... so I went out and bought all the ingredients.

I'm using the Dr. Clark recipe. I wasn't able to find the "ornithine capsules", but I decided to go ahead with the flush anyway because it hurts so bad.

Just drank my first glass of Epsom Salt 15 minutes ago... YECCCH!!!!

I go to bed late so I decided to start at 9:00 and do everything 3 hours later than it says in the instructions.

I really don't know what to expect, so...

How bad will I feel tomorrow?
How often will I have to go to the bathroom?
(etc.)

I'll keep you folks updated with my progress.
