I DID IT! Though I was very nervous, I survived my first liver flush. Now I know it was nothing to be worried about. Very easy, no pain, and the OO/GFJ wasn't bad at all. The Epsom Salts mixed with apple juice was another story, but a straw helped me get it down.

So far I have passed a couple hundred tiny stones and lots of chaff. Only about 20 pea sized bright green stones. I managed to save a few. They're getting bigger as the morning goes on.

I just had my glass of grapefruit juice, diluted 1/2 and 1/2 with water. I am looking forward to a piece of fruit -my first solid food in 19 days. I am already planning my salad for tomorrow! CAN'T WAIT! RAW FOOD, HERE I COME!
