I was expecting you to post a brand new post, so I missed it! I just went back a few pages and found your flush post. Woah. What a whopper - that's amazing you kept all that olive oil down! Good going. Sounds like you got out a lot of cholesterol/bile stones! yeeeeeeeehaw! And, I think it's cool, too, that you saw the olive oil floating on top (more proof that the stones aren't olive oil!) I guess your body didn't need to absorb anymore of the oil - it was saturated with the good stuff and just expelled what it didn't need. Neat.

Yeah, you might want to wait a bit to do another flush - but are you eating really well right now? Doing more cleansing? It's a perfect time to cleanse!
