Welcome back. I sure know what you are talking about. Yesterday I had a cheeseburger for the first time in about four months, I also had a Dr. Pepper and some Halloween candy. My system is in shock. It tasted good yesterday, but I feel miserable today. I promised myself that I was not going to be a slave to any diet, healthy or unhealthy. I try to eat well, but allow myself occasional treats. Somehow, though, I don't think feeling this rotten is worth the enjoyment of something you know is not good for you. The good news is, I have very little gallbladder/liver pain, my stomach is a whole other story.
I'll "see" you on the 8th for our full moon, lunar eclispe, Harmonic Convergence, get ready for the holidays liver flush. :-)
