Hi,
I didn't have any results with my first and only flush (2nd tomorrow night) BUT I did notice that I felt calmer the day after drinking the Olive-Oil which tells me I was probably really deficient in essential oils/fats.
I've been on a low fat diet for a long time and probably depleted myself so gradually that I didn't notice how anxious I felt until I suddenly felt calm.
