Oh, I forgot to mention that Siberian Gingseng Root is also very helpful for hot flashes, but do not take at the same time you take Vit. C. I think later I didn't need it, but continued with the Mexican Wild Yam, Damiana and especially the progesterone cream. This cream helped me to sleep better and have a calmer mood. It's mentioned in the book.
