I've done 5 so far and haven't noticed anything yet. I feel exactly the same always, but then again, I felt fine before I started doing them, too. I'm flushing to lower cholesterol, ward off future problems, and for more cosmetic reasons (better skin, dark circles under eyes, etc). And because Andreas Moritz told me to ;)
