I have been flushing my liver since May, eight times in all. I had read it would help with menopausal symptoms, amongst other benefits. My last flush, the 8ths, produced hardly any stones, just a few very tiny ones, so I suspect I am coming to the end. Which I would not mind, except that
I am still waking up every night with hot flushes and heart palpitations, as before. This worries me, I find it also disappointing, as I was convinced that cleaning the liver would help rid myself of those symptoms. Now what?
I am thinking of doing the next flush one month after the last one, to see if I am really done with flushing. The last flush was done three weeks after the prior one which had produced many stones ( many for me is about 50)
