Yes it has been a wonderful experience. The reason I found this site is because my cholesterol test was high and the doctor wanted to drug me and I said I wanted to try something else so he suggested searching the web for cleanses and whala here you guys are lol. Best advice the doc gave me. I will retest in January and after I cleanse Nov and Dec I am hoping the results will be alot lower!!!
