I've been really sick for the past three years (my main complaint was yeast and UTI's) though doctors kept assuring me there was nothing wrong with me. A few weeks ago I was dreadfully sick again and again the doctor told me there was nothing wrong with me. This time a friend of mine suggested a systemic candida infection and when I researched it online I couldn't believe that the fatigue, brain fog, headaches, backaches & leg pain, abdominal cramping yadyadayada could all be symptoms of the same thing and connected to the yeast infections and UTI's. (I quit mentioning these other symptoms to doctors because they'd just look at me like I was a hypochandriac.)

I was skeptical, as is my nature, but I decided after the thousands of dollars I'd spent over the last three years trying to feel better (the last perscription to alleviate my symptoms was $60.00) another $50.00 wasn't going to matter either way so I ordered 3Lac and started taking it a week ago. I noticed immediate and significant improvement with my memory and overall mental clarity. After 3 days I was able to pee without pain and my stomach cramping, bloating and backache were gone. I've been increasing my dose every other day (the die off seems to be taking longer to level off now though so I may wait a few more days before increasing my intake to four packets a day) and I am DEFINITELY improving.

I am not selling this stuff and I have nothing to gain by telling you this but I know how horribly I suffered over the last three years so I thought I'd throw in my two cents worth.

If you do decide to try it I wouldn't recommend starting off with four packets like the pamphlet they include with the product suggests, unless you have a week or two to lie around feeling REALLY sick. The die off is intensely uncomfortable and if I hadn't read about it before I started taking it, I would have thought it was making me worse and quit taking 3Lac altogether.
