Because our digestion is not ideal, we do not absorb all the nutrients needed to cope with the oxidation.


Dry skin: vitamin E, 1 spoonful of olive oil a day (extra virgin), and fishoil (cod liver oil or other: vit. A)

Use a cream with vitamin A.

You were diagnosed early. I had all the symptoms you've mentioned but my sister just had a bit of acidity in her stomach when we started her treatment.
