Hi, I've been on Threelac since November 2003. It has helped me tremendously. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a year ago and since I have been on Threelac I have no more pain which is amazing because a year ago I was in horrible pain, I no longer have cold hands and feet (they are actually warm now), my heartburn and sinus problems have gotten a lot better. I am not totally better yet, but I am close. Good luck to you.
