I do not portuguese, I know spanish if that help.
Detox means you need to clean your bowel (intestine) and your whole body.
I had vaginal candida albanicans for 8 years. I have it now under control after following the following protocol:

Diet ( no sugar, no flour, mainly)
Bowel cleanse (psyllium and herbs)
Liver Flushes (oilve oil and grapefruit juice).
Oregano oil, garlic, Pau D Arc.
Probiotics!

Let me know if you can understand this. Proyocol.It is not everything at the same time, you need to take steps.
