I'll try one of these brands and see if that makes a difference. Are liquid forms better than pills? Also, would you recommend that I take a garlic supplement on a regular basis? Again, my only problem seems to be chronic yeast infections, probably caused by hormonal changes and tons of stress :( Sorry for all the questions...I'm new to all this and can use all the help I can get ;)
