Hi: The manufacturers base the recommendation on the strains used more is not usually better.With yeast infections attc acidophius and ncfm strains are more effective as well as culturelle brand also enteric coated are more preferable.
Also acidophilus vaginal suppositories are available as well as other vaginal products to control ph and yeasts.
Natural HRT will help to balance hormones; also endometriosis is a chronic hormone imbalance. Diet is the beginning.
