I have been taking probiotics (pb8) for some time. I know the recommended dose is 2 a day, but a lot of acidophlus supplements allow a lot more pills per day. Do you think it would be ok to take 3 pb8's twice a day? Should I switch to another acidophlus supplement that allows a higher dose instead? My aim is to prevent chronic yeast infections that appear to be hormone related. I've had a c-section, tubal and endometrial ablation...my hormones are a mess :(
