What is the "full course of fungal defense" you did? Bentonite and Psyllium shake or antifungals.

If this is only antifungals, it is going to cure you of the symptoms only... not the cause. You have toxins accumulated in you nail and uterine, you need to clean them up, this extra acidity provokes yeast overgrowth.

So, if what you did was P & B shake, go back to it. If not, get started. This will help you take the toxins out.
